Lava’s Rehab Continues…

Cindy has been able to work out a med routine that allows Lava to control the pain.  Having done that, Lava took many full weight-bearing steps in the yard yesterday.  Today I watched as he took a couple of steps in the kitchen.  He also put all of his weight on his bad leg while getting into the dog bed.  Cindy is using the finger-in-the-ear drill to distract him while she presses into him, forcing him to bear full weight while standing for a few minutes.  We still see flashes of his happy-go-lucky personality.
